This includes herbs, breathing exercises, diet and recipes, and may include other general health information. All information is from a general health and wellness perspective. My intention in offering these services is to support you in your health journey. I will endeavour to provide the latest information from appropriate resources, to provide you with current information for education purposes only via website, however clients will receive personalized information for their specific needs. For anything outside of my scope of practice will be referred to a practitioner with the right qualification and specialized training to best help such clients.

I am a Bachelor qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor in Health Science (Naturopathy).

I am an association member of Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).

What I Expect from You

Important information about how to get the most value out of working with me is to provide a full health history to treatment plan is in no way harmful to you. It is your responsibility to make informed decisions about your health and not take general advice without first doing research or consulting a professional. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me before proceeding with your purchase.

Important Information

In health there are no quick fixes, magic wands or miraculous outcomes overnight. Good health takes time and consistent change to get results. I am here to guide you with research backed information to help you make changes that will work when given the chance. This will require multiple sessions. The commitment is up to you.

For our session to work I need honest upfront information about health and prescription medications and all supplements taken so there is no contraindications with treatment plan, herbal and nutritional supplementations prescribed.

I also ask that you keep an open mind and a can-do attitude. And that all treatment plans are not shared around as this is tailored to you and will not work for others. You are an individual and so is the service you will receive from me.

If adverse effect are to occur depending on severity seek medical advise, if minor call or email. If you are uncertain about anything when you prescription arrives book in for a quick check in appointment and we can go over treatment plan and prescription again to ensure you understand and are comfortable with everything. Always continue to take medications as normal. Unless your doctor has otherwise advised you.

I am not a medical practitioner, as such I do not diagnose any disease or illness. You should never stop medication or treatment plan from a medical practitioner. Please inform me of any treatment plans and medications you already are following. I am happy to work with you as a collaborative part of your health care team.

Our work together does not replace medical advice and should be used in conjunction. Always seek advice from your doctor before making major changes that affect your health. If any concerns arise during our work together, I strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

You will get the most out of working with me if you are looking for help with reducing stress, anxiety, getting better sleep and wanting to improve your diet. Are happy to have consults online via Zoom, and keep an open mind.

You might not be a good fit for this work if you are unwilling to make any changes, and if you are uncomfortable with the online platform.

Indemnity

I do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, or the products, services, or programs offered through it, except for any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law. I am human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let me know.

While I make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this website and my services meet with the highest standards of best practice, if something does go wrong that is not a direct result of my negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to my website, any products or services purchased through it, or any material posted on it, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable, and regardless of the nature of the claim.

You take full responsibility for your implementation of any suggestions that I may make while providing my services. You understand that my advice is limited to providing you with options for your consideration, and that you are solely responsible for any actions that you choose to take. Payment Terms

All prices on my website are in Australian dollars and are not subject to GST.

All payments are to be made in full via direct debit to my bank account with in 14 days of receiving invoice.

No credit card details are stored by me or my system.

Payment is due within 14 days from the date on invoice.

If an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that I may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to me, regardless of whether legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.

Refund Policy

I do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a purchase is right for you before you make your booking.

I want to be sure you are happy with your purchase, so I offer a refund of 50% if you change your mind within 6 hours.

I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:

· Providing the services again; or

· If I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refund the full amount that you have paid to me.

If you feel that there is any problem with my services, please let me know within 7 days I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Delivery

If anything is unclear or confusing, I encourage you to reach out to me so I can provide clarification. All sessions are held online using Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure that software is downloaded and up to date prior to session. You will need a quiet, comfortable private location so that you can speak freely and not be distracted. If you need help with anything, please reach out to me so I can clarify any concerns you have.

All products such as herbal mixes and herbal supplements are supplied through outside sourcing. Delivery and satisfaction of products will need to be taken up with these companies if an issue arises.

Appointment Policies

At least 24 hour’s notice is required if you cannot attend your appointment. If less than 24 hour’s notice is given 50% of the fee will be forfeited. You are welcome to have your children present during the call if this helps you, keep in mind this is your time to care for you, do what you feel you need, to get the best results.

Intellectual Property

You are welcome to share blog posts or other publicly available content through social media, but you must provide a link back to this website.

Trademarks

I own the unregistered Ariel Meikle Naturopath, logos, and service marks displayed on this website, including. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any other product or service without a licence, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion in the marketplace, or in any manner that disparages me or my business.

Respectful Communication

I reserve the right to moderate any comments made on this website, in the Facebook Groups I control, and on any of my social media pages and profiles, including deleting comments that I deem to be rude, offensive, spammy or unacceptable, without any notification or correspondence with you. Keep all communication kind and polite, please.

Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards me or anybody else will not be tolerated.

If a dispute arises, you agree to refrain from engaging in any public discussions regarding the matter, communicate with me in a polite and respectful manner and avoid any behaviour or communication that could reasonably be expected to negatively impact my business or personal interests. I make a similar commitment to you.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

If you have any concerns, issues, or complaints arising out of your use of this website, my products or services, or these terms and conditions, you agree to communicate with me with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and trying to resolve the dispute in good faith through negotiation and discussion.
